Weekly WINS

A safe space to experience meaning, connection and contribution. 

These calls are for individuals who are on a personal growth journey, exploring inner wisdom and seeking connection with other heart-centetered and like-minded individuals. 

Weekly WINS is a 60-minute check-in focused on building deeper connections and forming a community that is founded on supporting and celebrating one another.

• W = What has worked & what didn't
• I = Intention for the coming week/s
• N = Nod to someone or something that helped you along your journey
• S= Support - requesting it or providing tools or nuggets of wisdom to the group

Each call consists of two 20-minute breakout sessions with no more than 4 people per group to ensure that each person has an opportunity to feel seen and heard.

WINS is a framework to help guide each breakout session, but it is not required. We encourage each person to speak from the heart and trust their intuition to guide the conversation.
